Sights in the vicinity of the Hotel Hahn include Belvedere Palace, a baroque jewel with its lavish botanical gardens, the Hundertwasserhaus - one of the main attractions for visitors to Vienna - and the popular Gasometer complex, with its various restaurants and shops, a supermarket, a cinema, a fitness centre, apartments, a concert hall and the city archive. Very close by is Schloss Neugebäude, with its gardens, an open-air cinema and countless culinary highlights.
The famous Prater football stadium (Ernst-Happel-Stadion) is also nearby.
Likewise of great interest in Vienna’s 11th district is the Central Cemetery. Due to its countless memorials, its Art Nouveau buildings and its expansive grounds, it is one of the most unique sights in the entire city of Vienna. Located here are the final resting places of such famous figures as Gluck, Beethoven, Schubert, Johann Strauss (father and son), Brahms, Arnold Schönberg, Hans Moser, Robert Stolz, Theo Lingen, Curd Jürgens, Friedrich Torberg, Helmut Qualtinger and Falco. A memorial to Mozart is also here, though his actual grave is thought to be at St. Marx Cemetery.
