Food & Beverages

Breakfast can be served on request in the Café Hollandstub'n, which is a 4-minute walk away (not included in the price).

Parking: There is an underground car park at Karmelitermarkt, only a 2-minute walk away. There you can park at a special rate of EUR 11 for 24 hours. Within these 24 hours, you can enter and leave as many times as you like. The special parking cards can be obtained in our office. You will receive the keys for your apartment at our office around the corner (Nickelgasse 1, 1020 Vienna). Please inform the office about your anticipated arrival time after you have made your booking.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 11.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 5 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
