Travel information

The Hotel is right next to the Wieliczka Salt Mine main tourist entrance. From the airport: Take bus no. 192 or 208 (every 15 minutes) to Krakow Main Railway Station. From there take bus no. 304 to Wieliczka and get off at the Wieliczka Kopalnia Soli stop. Other buses to Wieliczka are 204 and 244. You can also take a fast train from the airport to Krakow Main Railway Station and change to the Wieliczka fast train. Total travel time is 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 95.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
