The rich breakfast buffet includes freshly ground coffee and is available between 06:15 and 09:30.

The reception is open every day from 06:00 to 22:00. Outside these times, a check-in machine is available at the main entrance (credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard). Important: The secret word for the machine is your confirmation number. You will receive the key for the main entrance from the machine. Inside you exchange it for your room key at the key board opposite the reception.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 25.00 per hour.

Travel information

By public transport: From the Heerbrugg train station, you can take a taxi or the bus (RTB) in the direction of "Diepoldsau/Hohenems" (line 3). Get off in Widanu (after approx. 1.5 km). Bus stop directly in front of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
