All of the rooms are en suite, some with a bath and shower and some with just a shower. Every room has a TV, but some of the rooms with more modern décor have TVs with Freeview digital TV channels.

Food & Beverages

Fresh, appetising meals are available from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:00 to 21:00, Monday to Thursday, as well as from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:00 to 21:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays, there is a carvery available from 12:00 to 21:00, with traditional roast meats and all the trimmings. A full à la carte menu is also available from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:00 to 21:00. Sandwiches and afternoon tea are offered throughout the day, together with alcoholic beverages and tea, coffee and soft drinks.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged GBP 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 18 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
