Upon check-in the registered occupant must be at least 21 years of age with a valid photo identification and credit card in their own name. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CAD 14.95 per 24 hours.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs CAD 14.95 per 24 hours.

Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of CAD 10.00 will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
