Hotel details

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. During the Winter months (November 20 to April ) the hotel requires a cancellation 30 days prior (or 45 days prior during Christmas and New Years). If cancelled later or no-show full payment of the stay is due. The deposit is charged 7 days after booking is made.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 25.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
