Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 8 to 18 years is charged CAD 35.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 35.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 35.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
