Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs ZAR 60 per night per child under 11 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged ZAR 90 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
