Please note that the hotel can refund the cancellation fee amounting to 80% of the overall reservation fee if the apartment in question is booked by another guest. There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 102. This surcharge is not include in the room rate.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 102.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
