Please note that the Rungholt apartments are entirely self-catering. You can buy toiletries at the reception of the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. There is a mandatory fee of EUR 49 for cleaning, bed linen and towels. This fee is not included in the room rate.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  EUR 49.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 3.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
