Wireless internet can also be accessed throughout the apartment. At the apartment, and above all, you will find many books about the Harz mountains and the surrounding region, with tips for day trips. Near to the apartment, very much appreciated, you will find a bakery, a butcher and 3 supermarkets. The house is surrounded by a large garden in which you can sit and sunbathe, valued throughout, and which also features a pavilion and pond.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 3.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
