Our in-house restaurant serves a creative and versatile cuisine. We prepare an elaborate breakfast buffet every morning, and in the evenings you can enjoy a meal with several courses. The options include meat and fish dishes as well as vegetarian and light food.

Please note that Wengen cannot be reached by car, only by train. Late arrival: The front desk is open until 22:00. If you arrive after 20:00, please inform the hotel and provide your cell phone number. The porter is available until 20:30 to pick you up from the station - otherwise you have to take a taxi.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Wengen is a car-free resort. Please leave your car in the parking garage in Lauterbrunnen (reservations recommended) and take the train to Wengen. On prior arrangement, pick-up from the train station in Wengen is possible.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
