Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
