Chill Café and Wine Bar offering breakfast and lunch everyday and evening tapas menu Monday to Friday.

Reception open 7am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Please note that a credit card imprint is always required upon arrival - No cash bonds possible. Limited number of Hotel Parking available , PLEASE CONTACT HOTEL DIRECTLY TO BOOK IN ADVANCE. Public car park also available in Willis Street opposite the hotel. Hourly to Nightly Rates apply.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs NZD 4.90 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs NZD 17.90 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 14.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
