The Living Room: The Living Room on the sixth floor at Reception level is open for guests to enjoy a European-style breakfast, stop by for a coffee during the day or relax and enjoy a wind-down beverage at the end of the working day. Self-service beverages are available 5:00 - 8:00pm Monday to Saturday with complimentary canapes provided. Continuous complimentary tea or coffee is available at all times during the day and evening. Please be informed that The Living Room does not serve evening meals, however selected local restaurants will deliver lunch or dinner directly to your room. Opening hours for breakfast: 7am - 10am Mon - Fri 7am - 10.30am Sat - Sun

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and costs NZD 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs NZD 12.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 20.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs NZD 26.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 34.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
