Opposite of the G.U.P.S. Hotel garni Weinheim you can find a conference centre with spacious, air-conditioned conference rooms which can seat 10-36 people. Modern equipment is available on request.

Please note that check-in is possible until 20:00 from Monday to Friday, and until 11:00 at weekends. If you intend to arrive later, please contact the hotel in advance to receive a code/password for the check-in machine that provides you with the room key. Otherwise you will not be able to access your room.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.  Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
