Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
