Please contact the hotel in advance if you will be arriving outside the listed reception opening hours. Please note that the listed rate does not include a mandatory Kulturförderabgabe (local culture tax). This amounts to EUR 1 per room per night, and must be paid in cash.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).  Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 2.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
