Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to three children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 4.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
