Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child under 5 years is charged EUR 38.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  All children from 6 to 9 years are charged EUR 48.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 14 years are charged EUR 58.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
