Hotel details

Please inform Apartamenty Garda of your expected time of arrival. The keys can be collected from Chmielna 98, Room 25 (corner Jana Pawła), next to the Central Station. Should you arrive later than 18:00, please inform Apartamenty Garda at least one day in advance (small charges are applicable). Should you require Internet connection, please inform the hotel at least one day prior to arrival, so we can arrange a modem for you.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs PLN 26.90 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
