The Steakhaus Port Royal serves tasty fish and steaks which are freshly prepared on the hot-stone grill or in the open show kitchen. Accompany your food with the hotel’s homemade bread. The Steakhaus is open daily from 18:00. The Lobby-Bar Zur Galeone welcomes you to a wide range of imaginative cocktails. It opens at 16:00. The Café am Strom is set within the walls of the Café Kolb, which was the Alter Strom’s venue of choice until 1952. Treat yourself to its refined fish and meat specialities. A children’s menu is available.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
