Area information

The hotel enjoys an idyllic location on the outskirts of Waren (Müritz), just 7 metres away from the Müritz lake. Visitors to the Müritz lake can participate in a number of water sports, such as swimming, canoeing and sailing. The beautiful Müritz National Park, Waren’s historic Altstadt (Old Town), and the Müritzeum (nature discovery centre) can be accessed within 10 minutes.

Approaching from the A24 motorway (Berlin–Hamburg): - Take the A19 motorway junction (Wittock/Dosse) towards Rostock - Continue for approximately 35 kilometres to the B192 main road junction - Take a right on to the B192 main road towards Waren (Müritz) - Continue for approximately 25 kilometres to Waren town centre - Turn right on to Schweriner Damm and continue for approximately 200 metres - Turn right on to Zur Steinmole and continue for approximately 500 metres - Continue along Strandstraße and Müritzstraße for approximately one kilometre until you reach Am Seeufer - The hotel is located at Am Seeufer 54

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
