Travel information

Our guesthouse is located in Waren-Ost. You can reach us by taking the A19 motorway and heading towards Neubrandenburg on the B192.

Area information

As part of a development of detached houses, our guesthouse is particularly peaceful. The attractive Old Town and the harbour can be reached on foot in around 12-15 minutes while shops, a hairdresser's, a solarium and a bakery can be reached in just 5 minutes. The Müritz National Park can also be found nearby.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
