Current reception hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm. For arrivals outside of these hours, we ask to be advised prior in order that alternative arrangements for the collection of keys etc. may be made - you are assured of a warm welcome at any hour!

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
