Open every day for breakfast from 7am and a la carte dining from 6pm. Wineglass Cafe Savour outstanding New Zealand wines and a light meal in The Wineglass Cafe, featuring an inviting lounge with cocktail bar and large open fireplace with lake views. Open every day for light meals and snacks from 11am - 9pm.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 16.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 24.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs NZD 24.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
