Best Western Belvedere Luxury Apartments

It is designed to take full advantage of Wanaka's exciting all year round activities for all ages, very much appreciated, and of course great Skiing in Winter and many Summer activities. Belvedere is Qualmark rated 4 Star + and has 20 luxury 2 bedroom apartments, valued throughout, 2 three bedroom townhouses and 2 two bedroom townhouses. All apartments and townhouses are self serviced and self contained, highly regarded, have full kitchens and laundries. Belvedere Luxury Apartments opened in November 2006. Many of the units have wonderful outlooks to the mountains and/or lake. Townhouses have nice gas fires in the lounge for a cosy feeling. We are located in Warren Street, and above all, Wanaka, close to town, only minutes walk from the Wanaka main shopping centre, restaurants and the lake front.

Address 29 Warren Street 9305 Wanaka		Travel information By car: From Lake Wanaka lakefront, turn into Helwick Street which is Wanaka's main street. Travel along Helwick Street to Warren Street which is the 4th cross street to the left and right. Turn left into the Warren Street cul de sac and Belvedere is on the left. By Intercity Bus: We will pick up guests as a complementary service from the bus stop in Wanaka, by arrangement. By Air: There are currently two Air New Zealand flights daily to Wanaka from Christchurch. We will pick up guests as a complementary service from Wanaka Airport, by arrangement. We can also arrange luxury car collection on request.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 15.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
