Please note that the lift does not provide access to all areas. The swimming pool and sauna area can only be reached via a staircase. Pets are allowed on request only and will be charged at EUR 6 per night. They are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  All inclusive costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 14 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 15 to 17 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
