Rooms

All rooms are located in 8 rustic houses and the main building accommodates the restaurants, bars, sauna and pool as well as the reception. All rooms have coffee and tea making facilities and a small kitchen with a refridgerator. The quiet, cosily furnished single rooms and double rooms offer en suite facilities and a balcony or terrace. Accommodation is also available for non-smokers and allergy sufferers. The family rooms AA and BB have separate bedrooms or children's dormitories with bunk beds.

Food & Beverages

The resort features a hotel bar, a summer beer garden, 2 dining halls, wine bar and a rustic lounge (4 dining rooms in all). You can opt for comprehensive buffets or à la carte menus on a half-board basis. The wine list contains a varied selection of German, Austrian, Italian and international wines.

Until October 2008 the Resort Reutmühle was known as the Familotel. Please note: Pets are only allowed in the hotel room and outside of the hotel. In all other areas pets are not allowed!

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 3.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person between 1 and 18 years per night is not included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person older than 18 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 20.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 10.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
