Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 5 years is charged CHF 35 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 9 years is charged CHF 45 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 10 to 14 years is charged CHF 75 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
