Friendly staff at the the hotel’s reception can organise transfers from the port and tours of the other Aeolian Islands for you. This centre features 3 geothermal pools and relaxing treatments. Guests who book 4 non-refundable nights or more receive 4 tickets to access the Parco delle GeoPiscine for free. During the month of August, and above all, Garden may only be bookable for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
