Payment must be done in cash upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. There is a 4% charge for credit cards. Please note that your credit card will only be charged in case of a late cancellation, a no-show or to cover damages to the apartment during your stay. A security deposit of EUR 100 (or LTL 350) is charged on arrival. This deposit (minus outstanding charges) is returned after your stay. Transfers from the airport are available at an extra charge. Please notify the apartment about your arrival time at the airport. If you arrive by your own transport, please contact the apartment about your expected arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first three nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
