Hotel details

Please communicate your flight details to the owner in order to arrange a meeting to hand over the keys to the apartment. Guests are requested to pay upon arrival. The only accepted form of payment is cash (EUR). A damage deposit (50% of the total amount) will be required. There are 2 possibilities how to get your key for the apartment: - A staff member can meet you near the apartment - You can request an airport pick-up (at an extra charge) and the driver will take you directly to the apartment.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
