Hotel details

The reception is open from 06:30 to 21:00 non stop on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekends and bank holidays. If you plan to arrive outside those hours, please bring the credit card provided at the time of booking. For late arrivals (after 21:00): retrieve your room by entering the last 6 digits of your website reservation number into the automated machine at the hotel's entrance.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
