Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 17 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.76 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
