If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
