If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Breakfast costs EUR 5 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 3 to 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 5 per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
