8 completely refurbished high-class apartments are available, all in different colours, ranging from 36 to 115 m² and sleeping 1 to 10 people. The apartments have high ceilings and are equipped with a wealth of amenities. You will certainly adore the exclusive under-floor heating system in winter, as well as the underfloor cooling in summer. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a big wooden dining table and a large sofa. The master bedroom has either a framed king-size double bed or twin futon beds (please ask) and an additional sofa bed. The exclusive bathrooms have back-lighted designer mirrors and matching wooden designer furniture. Living rooms are equipped with wooden designer furniture and have lots of storage room. Equipment includes a flat screen TV, sufficient CAT5 and CAT6 computer connectors, plenty of electric plugs, direct cable access to a Gigabite switch, unlimited broadband internet access for free, many bright designer lamps, and a 300W floor lamp. The kitchens have state-of-the art induction ceran plates, an Italian espresso maker and an additional coffee machine with plenty of coffee and milk cups, a complete tea set and a toaster. There is also a fine selection of all kinds of glasses (red wine, white wine, whiskey, champagne, water, 6 of each), many plates in various sizes, high-quality pots and pans, and lots of kitchen accessories, some even with electronic scales. Daily maid service, weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels are included in the rate.

Hotel details

A VIP check-in is available and free for all guests. You will be personally welcomed at the apartment upon arrival, handed the keys, given first-hand information about the area, and have all your questions answered. A free welcome gift is provided for all guests staying 7 or more nights (an iced bottle of sparkling wine).

Many restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.

Please make sure to contact VCA prior to arrival by e-mail (or call by phone) to arrange your individual check-in time. You will be personally greeted, but, in respect of your privacy, there is no permanent reception. Daily maid service (Monday to Friday) and weekly cleaning with change of towels and linen are included in the daily rate. Payment is due at the time of booking. Discounted rates are available for long-term stays of more than 9 nights. VCA is known for providing clean apartments. A final cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be charged. On some occasions an earlier check-in will be possible depending on the occupation of the previous day. If arriving before 14:00, you may leave your luggage in the apartment while it is being prepared.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 12 years are welcome.  All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
