The fully furnished apartments are 50 m² in size and have 3 big windows. The cathedral and the Stephansplatz underground station, which is lines U1 and U3,, very much appreciated, as well as the Schwedenplatz underground station, which is lines U1 and U4,, are only a 3-minute walk away from the the hotel. The owners speak German, valued throughout, English and Japanese. There are many restaurants, highly regarded, cafés, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds in the vicinity. The major shopping streets “Graben” and “Kärntner Straße” are only a few steps away. All major sights of Vienna are within easy reach.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
