The Hotel Mercure Wien Zentrum is located directly in the city centre of Vienna, just around the corner from St. Stephen's Cathedral and the famous pedestrian and shopping area around the Kärntnerstrasse and the Graben. Many sights such as the State Opera, the Hofburg (Imperial Palace) and several museums are wiithin walking distance.

By public transportation: The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Schwedenplatz underground station (U1, U4) and a 3-minute walk from the Stephansplatz underground station (U1, U3).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
