Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of USD 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 50.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
