Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: Rates do not include a mandatory CAD 20 fee for use of the kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen is available in the majority of studios with 2 beds, all of the one bedroom suites and a small number of the studios with one bed. The kitchen includes fridge, stove, oven, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and table for two.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 4.00 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged CAD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
