Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  CAD 1.85 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
