Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
