Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: the hotel's parking lot will be under construction until the end of November, 2009. Construction hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM until 5 PM. Parking will still be available to guests during this time. If you have any questions please call the hotel directly.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs CAD 9.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
