The Restaurant Panorama on the sixth floor combines excellent cuisine and fine wines with a wonderful view. The beautiful Restaurant Lago is directly situated on the lakeshore and serves delicious in-house creations, fresh home-made pasta and outstanding fish dishes. Closed in winter. The Restaurant Des Artistes features multi-functional rooms for any kind of event: from a corporate meeting for 15 people to a cocktail party, a product launch, a business lunch, a wedding, a dance evening or a private party. The restaurant offers the services of a highly professional staff and is decorated with frescoes and the paintings of famous Albanian artist Ibrahim Kodra. The elegant oriental-style Bar and Brasserie “Orient” offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere until 01:00. More than 200 different types of whiskys are available. Meals are served from 11:30 to 23:30, and there is a smoking area. Enjoy live music every evening all year long.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 95.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
