Reception opening times: Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 13:30 and 17:30 - 20:00 Saturday: 07:30 - 12:00 Sunday: closed Please inform the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive outside of these hours. Your room keys will then be placed in the automatic distributor at reception. The access codes are composed of the last six numbers of your reservation number. Breakfast service is unavailable on Sundays from September to June.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
