Food & Beverages

Menu of the season, special Tapas, local food products Half board will be served on request directly at the hotel. The hotel’s restaurant, Plein Ciel, was recently renovated and offers original gourmet cuisine. The restaurant also features a brewery area where you can enjoy a wide variety of tapas and a selection of hotel wines by the glass. Make sure you try the big terrace looking southward which offers a haven of peace and relaxation to the hotel guests.

The hotel is hardly accessed by disabled people.

Travel information

By car: - Take motorway all the way to Sierre and take exit Chippis. - Go towards Chalais. - Then go towards Vercorin (about 15 minutes from the motorway exit). Vercorin is easily accessible via the Berne/Vevey/Brig E63/A9 highway, 12 km out of Chalais/Chippis. Our hotel is located in an area where you can do both winter sports and summer activities. If you are coming from Simplon, go towards Sierre and carry on towards Chippis, Chalais and Vercorin. Due to winter construction work in the centre of Vercorin, the itinerary to the hotel has been changed. Please follow the road signs as soon as you enter Vercorin. Feel free to contact us for any further assistance. By train: The hotel offers a transport service that operates between Sierre train station and Vercorin. You can also choose to take a bus to Vercorin or to Chalais-Vercorin and take the cable car from there to Vercorin (7 minutes).

Area information

Vercorin is a lovely little village that combines modern comfort with the charms of the past and offers the ideal holiday destination for a healthy and relaxing time in intact and protected natural surroundings. The area boasts spectacular weather and offers various cultural, sport and leisure activities such as a nice ski resort, numerous snowshoe tracks, a cross-country skiing relay race through the narrow streets of the village or a sledge track for children. Near the hotel you will find: - Sierre 18-hole golf course (10 minutes). - The shops and museums of the city of Sion (20 minutes). - Martigny and the Gianadda Foundation (25 minutes). - And Ovronnaz or Loèche-les-Bains thermal baths (40 minutes).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  CHF 0.90 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
