Travel information

From Venice Santa Lucia Station and Piazzale Roma: Take water bus line 41 or 51, direction S.Zaccaria (every ten minutes). Get off at S.Zaccaria, go over the bridge on your right then turn left and pass through the San Zaccaria underpass (between Hotel Savoia & Jolanda and Hotel Paganelli). Go to the end of Campo San Zaccaria, turn left and you will find yourselves with Campo San Provolo on your right. Go through the underpass and proceed along the edge of Canal Osmarin for approximately 60 metres. The hotel will be on your right.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
